When we met our friends at the bus company, they were already having problems keeping their website up-to-date. Their web developers, based 200 miles away, were expensive and hard to reach. Our clients needed help and quickly. We designed a new site for them and had it up quickly. The new site made current bus schedules available from the home page as well as sidebar links throughout the site. Rider alerts were prominently posted above the fold on the home page so timely information wouldn’t be missed. A blog was added so bus company staff could manage news releases without having to replace their home page text every time they had news to impart. And because the site is in WordPress, they can maintain it themselves, saving their service money in the process. Sometimes problems can lead to solutions—in this case, they did.
